My blender project idea is a AR enhanced 3-D painting: Bridging realities. This project aims to blend traditional art with modern technology by augmenting a physical painting or drawing with a 3-D animation using blender and AR. The final piece will provide viewers with an immersive and interactive art experience. I will choose the physical painting or drawing and select the piece of artwork that will serve as the foundation for the project. I will scan the artwork and create a high quality digital Version of the physical artwork using a scanner or a camera. Using Blender 3-D modeling I will design an animate 3-D version that complements the physical artwork. I will ensure that It enhances the narrative or concept. I will export the 3-D animation and any necessary textures in a format suitable for AR development. I will combine the physical and digital elements and align the AR animation with the physical artwork ensuring that they worked seamlessly together. I can use this project to explore and consider future iterations and explore opportunities to refine and expand upon this project to create new AR enhance artworks.
If not approved, I could create abstract artistic accessories and design accessories for the TikTok filter that are inspired by abstract art and paintings. These could include hats that morph into abstract geometric shapes or jewelry that the stores in twist and unusual ways. I’m also interested in glitchy cyber punk accessories and could potentially design cyber punk themed wearable accessories like glitched hats, pixelated jewelry etc. I could add dynamic glitch animations to these accessories.
